Vendor Terms & Agreement*

Each vendor will need their own insurance, city tax license and sell only approved products (some fields do not allow outside food or drink vendors).  Each weekend is a flat rate ranging from $150-$200 depending on city fees and multiple event discounts applied by Baseball Showcase. The payments are non-refundable, and all of our events are rain or shine.  In case of weather or an emergency cancellation by the vendor, the fee will be used as a credit for future events to be used within one calendar year.
